1. Terms of Use

Access to and use of aihomewise.club are subject to the following terms and conditions. By browsing our site, you agree to comply with these guidelines.

2. Service Terms

aihomewise provides tailored smart home product sales, AI-powered solutions, and professional installation services in Singapore.

All quotes are complimentary and valid for 15 days. Any confirmed order is considered final upon written approval and according to the selected payment method.

3. Payment Methods

Payments can be made via secure bank transfer or credit card through our encrypted platform.
A 30% upfront deposit is required to confirm your order.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery and installation.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, any installation that has started or has been scheduled cannot be refunded in accordance with our client agreement.

In case of cancellation before installation, the following rules apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days before: 85% of deposit refundable.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 days: 40% refundable.
Cancellation less than 7 days: no refund.

5. Liability Limitations

aihomewise is not responsible for delays or errors caused by third parties or force majeure. Recommendations are based on supplied information and current legal regulations.

6. Intellectual Property

All content (texts, logos, designs) is the exclusive property of aihomewise. Reproduction without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

In case of disputes, amicable mediation will be prioritized. Failing agreement, only Singapore courts have jurisdiction; Singapore law applies.
